« Last post by Softisue on August 25, 2015, 11:32PM »I was looking for someone to make me a new seat and found the guy who used to work for Kamanu making their seats. He is in Honolulu and makes them in about 2 weeks for $65. Shipping was $60 but there may be a better alternative. The seat fits my butt GREAT! It's smaller and lighter and he made it a little thicker so I sit a bit higher and more padding on the left cheek which usually gets tired first.

prob the key takeaway is to get the full catch in the water at the forward angle, regardless of how you do it- best to try all the different ways to see which works the best for you.
if someone took a pic of you right when the blade is entering the water, you shouldn't be fully extended. That should be when the blade is buried and set a split second later. But that split second makes a big difference.
